I’m fasting today. I feel like a horrible person—there are people everywhere in the world that don’t HAVE food to eat. I have a full fridge at home, and I won’t eat any of it.

Basically, when I first went vegan, I put on weight 'cause all I ate was bad carbs like loads of bread, chips, white pasta and barely any fruit or veg. This is some very basic advice but it definately works, and is best thought about before you fully go vegan :) Just stick to the fruits and vegetabes and you'll be grand.
