There's a site called Spokeo.com that's a new online USA phone book w/personal information: everything from pics you've posted on FB or web, your approx credit score, home value, income, age, etc. You can remove yourself by first searching for yourself on their site to find the URL of your page, then going to the "Privacy" button on the bottom of their page to remove yourself. (Copy & repost so people are aware)

Please Remember Before Speaking;

This is something that I just have to get off of my chest.

Please remember that not everyone is exactly the same as you.

Please remember that just because something is true for you, that doesn’t mean that it is true for everyone, or even anyone else.

Just because someone else’s ED doesn’t look exactly like yours doesn’t make it any less real, any less valid, or any less painful.

Please remember that people deal with the same things in very different ways. Just because someone isn’t reacting to something in the exact same way that you would, that doesn’t make their feelings any less than yours.

So before you judge, or say something cruel, or hide behind the anon button, please, please think about the effect that your words could have on someone. Some small, throwaway comment that you won’t even remember three days later could haunt someone else forever.

I’m glad that someone knows that. That line of thinking is one of the reasons that no one in my life knows. They don’t see it, because I’m not skinny enough to be anorexic, and if I told them, they’d laugh.

So thanks, love. It’s nice to know someone out there realizes this. <3

so, i was wondering (although i don't know if you do this) after you throw up, whats the best way to prevent tooth decay? i've been doing mouthwash, and although i feel great, i'm worried about my teeth.

I’m sorry dear, I’m no help in that area. I’m strictly ana, I don’t purge at all. :( I suppose that mouthwash would do the job, though. Maybe try to find one that strengthens enamel?
